1. Changes to Privacy Policy

We (Picklet) reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. While we will try to inform users of significant changes (e.g. via Discord server announcements or site alerts), it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of Picklet after any updates constitutes that you accept the new Privacy Policy.

To provide Picklet, we collect and store the following:

  • Game progression data (inventory, icons, coins, etc.)
  • Profile data (usernames, clans, friends, etc.)
  • Profile history
  • Trade history
  • Profile pictures
  • Discord User ID (if linked via Discord)
  • IP addresses
  • User agents
  • Browser fingerprints
  • Chat messages
  • Activity data

3. Cookies & LocalStorage

We use essential browser cookies and LocalStorage to save data on your device, such as your login and preferences.

4. How We Use Data

We use your information solely to:

  • Manage your account and save progress
  • Allow social features such as friends, trading, and chat.
  • Verify you meet requirements for certain perks (such as Discord booster perks)
  • Protect the game from attacks
  • Provide the Picklet service

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in our databases. We utilize robust modern tools (like Better Auth for account management) to protect your account.

However, no system is perfect. By using Picklet, you acknowledge that we are not able to guarantee 100% security and that you provide your information at your own risk.

Picklet and its creators hold no liability for any data loss, security leaks, unauthorized access, or server-side failures.

6. Third-Party Services

We have a Discord integration to allow you to access features, such as booster perks. Your use of Discord is governed by their Privacy Policy.

7. Data Deletion

You have the right to request to have your data deleted from our servers. To delete your account and remove associated data, please follow the steps provided in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.

If you have sent any chat messages, your messages will be anonymized and not deleted to preserve chat history and not break it for other users.
