Picklet Terms of Service

By using Picklet, you agree to both our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE (Picklet) IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITH NO WARRANTY AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA DUE TO BUGS, CRASHES, CHEATS, OR ANYTHING ELSE.

1. Changes to Terms

We (Picklet) reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. While we will try to inform users of significant changes (e.g. via Discord server announcements or site alerts), it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Picklet after any updates constitutes that you accept the new Terms.

2. Account Termination

Picklet reserves the right to ban and/or delete any account for any reason. You are responsible for cancelling any subscriptions (e.g. Discord boosts, in-game subscription) that are used for your account if banned.

If you are permitted by Picklet to create alt accounts, any punishment to one account is subject to be applied to any/all of your other accounts.

A banned account is not guaranteed to be held in our Database, and we are not responsible for any loss of data.

3. Age Requirement

By signing up for Picklet, you agree that you are above the age of 13 years old. (or the minimum age in your country)

If you are found to be in fact under the minimum age, your account is subject to a permanent ban. However, you are welcome to appeal for an unban once you're above the minimum age requirement.

4. Virtual Items

All in-game Items (icons, eggs, coins) are digital collectibles solely for entertainment purposes only. They have NO REAL-WORLD VALUE and cannot be exchanged for real money.

Opening an egg involves a randomized outcome. By opening an Egg, you acknowledge that a specific result is not guaranteed.

Any virtual in-game item can be taken away for any reason, at any time. You are granted access to trade, equip, and play with Icons you collect.

5. Trading

ALL TRADES ARE FINAL. Once a trade is confirmed by both parties, it is FINAL and Picklet is not obligated to issue any item refund.

You are responsible for checking your trades. Picklet is not liable for any accidental trades, scamming, social engineering, or bad deals made between two parties.

Cross-trading Picklet items for items in other games or real-world currency is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.

6. Alt Accounts

Alt accounts (or secondary accounts) are forbidden to be created without permission from Picklet. If you are caught making an alt account without first having Picklet's permission, all of your associated accounts are subject to a permanent ban.

7. Appeals

If you feel that you have been banned for a false reason or would like to try getting an unban, you can create an appeal by creating a ticket in our Discord (https://discord.picklet.party) or sending an email to [email protected].

8. Deleting Your Account

Account deletions are not currently automated for security reasons, however you can delete it by creating a ticket in our Discord (https://discord.picklet.party) or sending an email to [email protected] and providing your account name, support key, and letting us know in the message you want to delete said account.

Data deleted is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. External Integrations & Perks

In-game rewards for Discord server boosting are tied to your linked Discord account in your Picklet settings. If you stop boosting the server, your perks will automatically be removed.

10. Conduct

By using Picklet, you agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or macros (unless permitted or using an authorized script)
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the site or API (without permission from Picklet)
  • Exploit the game
  • Attack, harass, bully, or scam others
  • Promote scams
  • Hijack other users' accounts

If you discover a bug or exploit, you must report it to Picklet immediately. Using an exploit for personal gain or sharing it with others will likely lead to a permanent ban.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Picklet (and its creators) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picklet and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Carolina.
